The Pine Hill Ranch is best suited for weddings with 200 guests or more, ideal for round-table seating, depending on the style of the wedding. It’s endless, as we have plenty of space, allowing us to customize it for your special day. We are open to bringing in your vendors, and we welcome your personal preferences. Pricing for each wedding will be customized to fit your needs. Pricing is intentionally streamlined and serves as a starting point. Final proposals are thoughtfully developed after an in-person tour.

• The Intimate Ranch Gathering is designed for smaller, highly personal experiences. Start at $3,500
• The Signature Ranch Experience is our most requested offering, allowing expanded flow, space, and flexibility. Starating at $6,000
• The Estate Ranch Experience is a fully immersive, bespoke experience with expanded access and customization. Starting at $8,500
• Curated Ranch & Equine Experiences-Select gatherings may be incorporated, offered as optional enhancements and designed on a per-event basis to align with the overall vision.

The Lodge

The​ ​architectural​ ​theme​ ​of​ ​The​ ​Lodge​ ​centers​ ​around​ ​stacked​ ​stone​ ​and​ ​treated​ ​timber.​ ​It’s streamlined​ ​and​ ​elegant,​ ​without​ ​distracting​ ​from​ ​the​ ​surrounding​ ​landscape​ ​or​ ​your occasion. The maximum comfortable capacity is 50 seated guests and 100 standing guests.

The Barn

The barn aisle is appropriate for small ceremonies or receptions. This is the perfect space if you want to be surrounded by horses. Max can seat 50 guests.

The Grounds

There is also a space in the hardwood area that can be customized for an intimate outdoor ceremony. There are endless spaces to put a tent or have an outdoor ceremony as well. Bring your imagination!
